Remote Control Assistance

Online Ticketing System

We have two options for our Ticketing System. The First one is the Global Ticketing System that allows anyone to make a help request. This is a Shared system with all our clients. The second option is a Company Branded Ticketing system. This allows your Logo and company name on the web interface, so your employees know that they are in the right spot.
